Job Description

• Lead coverage & penetration in public hospitals by analyzing public hospital market, clearly positioning Invisalign portfolio, developing strong messaging and marketing assets, collaborating with sales team for successful go-to-market plan.
• Increase Invisalign adoptions in public hospitals by rolling-out Invisalign portfolios in hospitals, growing doctors’ clinical confidence on various indications and developing solutions for growth in niche segments.
• Drive Invisalign integration in dental school curriculums, support clinical researches on Invisalign therapy, foster Invisalign being part of standard of care in close collaboration with Clinical team. Lead national events and communications in professional community.
• Develop marketing projects to improve efficiency of hospital workflow, consumer education and adapt Invisalign in medical groups & tele dentistry.
• Provide market analysis and support business strategy development by competition analysis, industrial trend monitor, and internal data analysis.
• Regularly report & analyze business performance including sales contribution, potential, product adoption, competition, market dynamics etc. to identify business insights & propose action plan.
• Manage marketing budget effectively, including vender screening, expense application and ROI tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing roles; MBA is a plus.
•  Knowledge on China public hospital system and policy is a must; proven track record of implementing marketing projects in public hospitals with good business impact is a must.
• Extensive marketing skills in healthcare industry.
• Skillful at communication, presentation and project management.
• Customer focus while as strategic thinking
• Ambitious, strong implementation and result-oriented mindset;
• Good spoken and written Chinese & English.
• A team player.
• Able to travel extensively within China (about 30% of working hours)
