一、任职资格：
1、男女不限，形象良好，本科以上学历，人力资源、心理学等相关专业（非HR相关专业者勿投）。
2、有海外留学背景优先，或英语六级，听说读写流利。
3、两年以上人事工作经验，熟悉人事实务的基本操作。
4、需有较强的组织协调能力和团队沟通能力。
5、能吃苦耐劳，有一定的抗压能力。

二、工作职责：
1、协助人力资源总监工作；
2、独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
3、推动公司各类规章制度的实施；
4、执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施，配合其他业务部门工作；
5、编制和分析各类人事统计报表，统计、编制、分析月度公司人力资源动态月报表；
6、接触及了解人事各项相关系统，如OA、EHR、E-Learning等的实际操作及应用；

7、完成上级领导交付的其他任务。
