Job Description

1.？？？？ Establish the training system and organize training management for Bosch Connected Industry China;

2.？？？？ Coordinate internal and external resources to generate the training catalog and trainer pool for industrial customers in China;

3.？？？？ Work with sales and marketing together to promote training courses and dig out business opportunities in the market;

4.？？？？ Able to develop repeatable training course and business model regarding the new training needs, especially in industry 4.0 area;

5.？？？？ Deliver the trainings at onsite locations and virtual environment (online);

6.？？？？ Evaluate the training result based on trainees’ feedback and continuously improve the training effect.

Qualifications

1.？？？？ Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering field is plus;

2.？？？？ Above 8 years’ experience at ？training development and delivery, with at least 3 years with manufacturing,？ IT or big data industry;

3.？？？？ Excellent organizational skills;

4.？？？？ Excellent oral & written communication/interpersonal skills at both English and Mandarin;

5.？？？？ Strong business sense and result oriented;

6.？？？？ Willing to be innovative and adapt to change;

7.？？？？ Good cooperation and teamwork spirit;

8.？？？？ Ability to handle emergency, independent, self-motivated;

9.？？？？ Good command of MS, such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point;
