Description:

1. To define and set up the manual or automatic assembly lines following SPS methodology

2. To support existing production process, to reach targeted level of quantity, quality and cost.

3. To update and ensure the capacity and stability are met following 5 years demand

4. To continuously improve the existing production process in terms of process safety, ergonomic, quality and efficiency

5. To provide Method support in new process deployment, i.e. OCP, PEP, QVE.

6. To deploy the digitalization utilization in manufacturing process.

7. Keep the manufacturing data (MTM, cycle time, capacity, capex, space, etc...) accuracy and updated timely in case of change.

8. To assist Method Supervisor to coach engineers by technical expertise

9. To be a driver of smart manufacturing process

Qualifications:

？  26~32 years old is preferred,

？  Good command of both oral and written English, French is a plus

？  Able to give detailed definition of the assembly process, covering robot, riveting, welding, short circuit testing, automatic assembly, HV test, etc.…

？  To provide the qualified level of assembly process deliverables

？  Keep improving the existing product manufacturing process in term of capability and stability.

？  Highly organized and self-motivated, with proven ability in the delivery of multiple tasks simultaneously, working within constrains of strict time, cost and quality.

？  Negotiation and convince skill; always intend to find the best fits.

？  To take a pro-active approach to identify risks (safety, defect. …) and deliver high quality assembly process

？  Good at one of CAD\Pro-E\Solid work design tools in mechanical and electrical, preferred if familiar with digital simulation tools.

？  Able to work under pressure, good communication and presentation skill

？  Experience of utilization of Schneider product: Scada, PLC, servo controller, proximity sensor, torque sensor.

？  Ability to program with one of C or Java, SQL Server.

？  Understand IEC or CE standard or Type test standard.

？  Ability to learn new technical or best practice and adapt into manufacturing process

Bachelor’s degree in Automation \ Electrical \ Mechanical \ Robot \ Computer, master’s degree is preferred

3-5 years in Manufacturing assembly Process experience.

Manufacturing industry background with equipment and Industrial engineering knowledge,

Experiences of MCCB and RMU assembly is preferred.
