岗位职责：

• 根据用户需求，设计并实现具有高品质、高用户体验的系统及服务。

• 通过跨组别、跨部门的紧密协作，以快速迭代的方式推进业务实现。

Qualifications

任职条件：

• 具有3-5年及以上Java语言为主的软件实战经验，精通Java/JEE 7/8以及Spring Boot等框架者优先；？

• 具有Javascript，SQL或者NoSQL的软件实战经验。

• 具有大型分布式系统及微服务架构开发经验者优先。

• 数据结构和算法基础扎实，通晓常用设计模式。擅于做模块与系统优化。

• 熟悉常用的开发工具，如Maven，Git，Docker等。

• 熟悉持续交付方法及手段，如编译，集成，部署等。

• 对软件测试和软件质量具有很强把控能力，熟悉QA，SIT，性能评测等概念及流程的优先。

• 擅长用户需求分析并着重于用户体验的优先。

• 具有敏捷项目开发经验，通晓Scrum，看板，极限编程的优先。

• ？熟悉Hadoop、Hive、Hbase、Storm、Spark、Kafka、Zookeeper等的原理与应用。

• 具有开发高流量，高并发方案的优先。
