Job Purpose
工作目的：

1.The Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing inventory strategies to maximize sales, profit margin and inventory efficiency. In addition, the Operations Manager is expected to innovate, improve process & drive efficiency in order to deliver the best possible experience to consumers. Specific processes include: Driving stock availability; Forecasting (to SKU level); and Inventory management.

2.In addition, the Operations Manager oversees IT Management for the company ensuring quality infrastructure is in place to support the company’s needs – in time, on budget, and with a high level of end-user satisfaction.
此外,运营经理同时负责公司的IT管理，确保质量性数据及时支持公司策略决策——在预算内提高高端用户的满意度。

Job Responsibilities

1.Design and implement policies to ensure that services to the company and its consumers are consistently outstanding

2.Develop and manage standard operating procedures for all procedures in the Operations Department
? 制定和管理运营部所有的操作流程,严格按照标准运营流程运行
3.Manage general inventory, ensuring adequate inventory is available to meet company requirements.
? 管理总体存货，确保有足够的库存满足公司的需求
4.Take detailed inventory at the end of each month of operation
? 每月操作结束时，记录详细的存货清单
5.Design and manage the operation to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and/or demands for unplanned inventory
? 设计和管理操作程序，以应对任何不可预见的情况和/或计划外的库存需求
6.Manage, track, and control inventory to reduce waste and increase profits
? 管理，追踪和控制存货，以减少不必要的浪费，增加利润
7.Collaborate with other department managers to improve overall efficiency and profitability for the company

8.Drive the Discount strategy and its programs – identifying and recommending the appropriate discounts for best sellers, normal sellers, and campaign sellers.

9.Ensures that average discount levels are in line with the market by benchmarking competitor discounts across regional stores.

10.Develop, implement, and improve administrative systems, such as record management; inventory management.

11.Track and manage operation expenditures ensuring that the department operates within an approved budget

12.Design inspection standards to ensure warehouse operations are all maintained according to procedure with a priority on safety, cleanliness, and cost control.

13.Supervise receipt of product shipments. Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.

14.Supervise the transfer of inventory to various locations for the company.

15.Evaluate complaints received on shipments and take appropriate action to improve.

16.Initiate purchase requests to keep stock items available at all times.

17.Plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department.

18.Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization (hardware, software, networking, communication, etc).

19.Define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirement
任职资格
1.Over 5-year experiences in logistic /supply chain and over 3-year experiences in management position
5年以上运营及物流相关工作经验，3年以上管理经验
2.Bachelor degree or above, subject in logistics is preferable.
大学本科学历或以上，物流相关经验颇佳。
3.Proficient in English communication both in written and spoken.
