CANDIDATE PROFILE 

 

Education and Experience

• Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, or Data Analytics is preferred. MBA or similar advanced degree a plus.

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in DMP or Martech related field.

 

Key Skills and Experiences

• 3 years’+ in programmatic buying/3rd party DMP/1st party DMP

• Familiar with ads monitoring, web analytics, social listening, ads effectiveness evaluation

• Strong bilingual communication skills – English and Chinese

• Auto Industry experience preferred

• Initiative and proactive work style

• Passion for the auto industry and data analytics field

• Strong intellectual curiosity, ability to learn quickly, able to handle pressure
