任职要求：

As a KS Manager you will be expected to:

2年以上教研,管理教学团队及培训经验；

At least 2 years’ teaching and researching, managing faculty team and training experience

熟悉中国教育市场需求；

Know well about china education market

有剑桥小学课程及教材授课经验；

Be confident of tutoring KS 1&2 students with Cambridge primary curriculum& textbooks

熟悉针对3-8岁学生的教学方法和技巧

Be able to guide young students’ interests in a positive and effective way

熟悉英国学校申请政策优先考虑

Ability and willingness to coach students at the Academy applying for British schools are preferred

有留学背景的优先考虑

Studying abroad is preferred

工作职责

Responsibility：

KS教师团对的管理

Managing KS faculty team

课程研发

Teaching and researching Cambridge primary curriculum& textbooks etc;

培训新入职的老师，及新课程的培训等保证教学质量

Training for the new faculty or training new curriculum and textbooks and so on to ensure the teaching quality.

与运营部的合作，销售及市场支持，

cooperating with operation department, like sales and marketing support, demo etc

上级领导交代的其他事情

take other works from the superior leader

福利待遇：

As a KS Manager at the FG Academy you will receive:

月薪：20000-30000RMB/M

Salary：20000-30000RMB/M
