JOB SUMMARY:

To assist the planning team on daily routine work, including weekly/monthly reports preparation, inventory allocation tracking, promotion effectiveness analysis and support ad-hoc request per business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare weekly/monthly routine report and cross-check with other reports to make sure data accuracy.
• Conduct promotion effectiveness analysis and ad-hoc analysis per business needs.
• Consist planning team to optimize report format and build up planning data base.
• Conduct buy-plan reconciliation in ACT system.
• Tracking inventory allocation status.
• Support leaders on ad-hoc request.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Capable of working and communicating in both Chinese and English
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PPT & Word
• Basic technical PC skills, including the ability to learn technical applications quickly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Language: Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
