职责：

1. Performance evaluation and grading for production employees, propose wage increase

2. Production employee performance discussions with HR at least once per year.

3. Analyses Training needs in production area together with HR, monitoring and evaluation of training level of employees.

4. Address bottlenecks in machine and personnel area

5. Performance evaluation and grading for engineers.

6. Close contact with headquarters for technical issues.（including soldering process/potting, etc.）

7. Definition of daily targets for all production co-workers, visualize and monitor them.

8. Shift planning

9. Vacation planning in production area.

10. Disciplinary actions when necessary.

11. Daily Actualization of production goals on Q-point

12. Provide complete documentation (traceability after production interruption and internal quality complaints, 5Why, Shift book).

13. Implementation of improvement actions in production area.

14. Timely communication of faulty processes with affected personnel (causer), in the case of not following defined processes and procedures document in writing.

15. Verification of effectiveness for implemented short and long term improvement activities.

16. Training of all relevant co-workers after implemented process optimization / change including all affected positions

17. Communication, implementation and implementation monitoring of the organizational guidelines in production area as defined the quality manual or defined by top management

18. Maintaining cleanliness and order

19. Monitor and maintain implementation of safety roles

20. Access control to the scrap container

21. Occupational safety Specialist

要求：

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering (mechanical/electrical or relevant);

2、More than 5 years of production management experience in automotive industry, Knowledge of mechanical/electrical and workshop layout;

3、Has some experiences at injection process;

4、Be familiar with quality control and EHS compliance;

5、Skillful at people management, influencing and leading;

6、Proactive, self-motivated, excellent cross department coordination skill and good command of cost control, strong sense of responsibility and a team player.

7、Good command of written and spoken English.
