职位描述
· New Business support-To assist key account, channel, field and distributor teams in developing a range of product application ideas applicable to the channel and to particular customers.
· Sales oriented Conduct product and recipe demos with KA customers.
· Assist sales team in providing total solutions for the channel /customer in via food costing, operational advice, and equipment planning.
· Assist with training and coaching when required.
· Mass Demonstrations-Plan and implement mass demonstrations and trade events together with field/channel according to the priorities and recommend the recipes.
· Carry out the training and measure the results of the training.
· Continually learn new techniques and recipes for the different channels and keep abreast of new developments in the industry.
· HQ Research & Development-Continually develop new recipes for Anchor products able to communicates and cascading down to customers and regional chefs
· Support Category team to test new and competitor products.
