Our client is the international food and beverage retailer worldwide. To cope with the fast growing steps, on behalf of our client, Collars Consultants is looking for qualified candidates with high motivation to join the winning team:
Position: Associate Operations Director- North China
Report to: Brand GM
Location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
l To oversee the daily regional operations of the store assigned
l To achieve sales objective and supervise sales functions
l To lead and manage the sales team to cultivate sales management team
l Supervise Area Managers on store management and human resources matters
l Store Openings and Operations
n Manage the weekly finance and operating reporting cycle of all stores.
n Oversee restaurant cash-flow management, including the cash-to-bank process, POS operations and related security systems.
n Manage the implementation and operation of store systems across all stores, in coordination with other departments; and in-line with GICI brand standards.
n Oversee training & development programs
l Supply Chain Management:
n Manage inventory and distribution of proprietary raw materials in the region
n Responsible for locally sourcing approved equipment and food products in line with food strategy.
l To assist in other ad hoc matters
Requirements:
l University education, 12+ years experience in retail store operations management
l Sound retail experience in F&B industry is an advantage
l Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
l Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills
l Good command of written English and Chinese
l Understanding of local culture and business practices.
l Language Skills - English and Chinese (Mandarin)
l Human Resources - Must be able to manage an operation of 50+ staff
Successful candidates will be offered long-term development programs and career development plans, which allow them to grow into more senior positions.
