Key Functions:

?To act as focal point for talent requisition in assigned region;

?Develop and implement effective and efficient recruitment plan and manage staffing process to ensure the hiring needs are met in timely and satisfactory manner.

Responsibilities:

?Ensure the requisition process is in accordance with the hiring guidelines;

?Hire competent candidates to fill vacancies (both regular and contractor) timely;

?Make proper offer recommendations in thoughtful consideration with internal and external data;

?Ensure the headcount and cost are under budget by cost center;

?Develop recruiting channel, both internal and external (website, wechat, campus, executive search, internal referral, etc) effectively;

?Establish and maintain talent pool for long term talents search;

?Take in charge of the completion of staffing process, incl. but no limited to on board preparation, orientation organization, personal file collection, probation appraisal, resignation process, etc;

?Maintain the recruitment system and prepare weekly/monthly reports;

?Manage vendor performance, and provide evaluation report with KPI results to line manager

?Other ad hoc project/task allocated by the line Manager.

Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

?Bachelor Degree in HR related or equivalent;

?Good knowledge of staffing and strong recruitment channel management experience;

?Excellent communication and interpersonal skill;

?Proactive an self-motivated;

?Problem Solver.

Work Experience

?Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR in dynamic fast paced environment, preferably in the retail industry

Required Competencies

?Proficient in MS office applications, such as (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc),;

?Good command of English.
