RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ Participate in the formulation of after sale service standards and implementation; Make regular work summary report, and puts forward some suggestions to the corresponding problems;
？ Grasp the new technology, the new rules;
？ The audit statistics relevant business data, report regularly to leadership;
？ Equipment installation, handling repair, regular maintenance, to ensure the service quality and customer satisfaction of customer service;
？ KOL customers take care service;
？ To provide technical guidance, consulting;
？ Manager 3rd party service engineer in the territory;
？ With regional sales, to solve customer problems, maintain customer relationship.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience
？ 2-3 years experience or equivalent with (use minimum # of years that will be considered versus a range)
Education
？ Electronic, mechanical and other related professionals;
？ Related experience is preferred. Electronic, automation, college degree or above;
General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge
？ Strong language communication skills, hands-on ability, a strong sense of responsibility and dedication;
？ Has the good team cooperation spirit, can adapt to travel frequently;
？ English good, can the independent reading; proficiency in office software.
