SH CAD team has immediate opening for Senior PCB layout engineer. Key responsibilities of the position are listed as below:

The successful candidate will operate as a member of Corporate CAD department design team. Responsibilities include working with department engineers to perform circuit board design, layout and documentation services. The candidate will provide design solutions in support of small form factor high density handset and module circuit boards. These boards require mastery in digital processors, RF and multiple radio circuits as well as power control devices. Experience with micro-vias (stacked), sequential lamination stack-ups, thin dielectrics and design rules using sub .5mm pitch and smaller packages having trace/space feature sizes sub 50um is desirable. Embedded component experience a plus. 

Qualifications:

• 6+ years’ proven hands on experience in Mobile PCB layout design. Prior experience in for Qualcomm platform is highly priority

• Skillful to operate PCB Layout tools such as Expedition/Cadence Allegro/Pads, ORCAD CIS, and Valor along with strong skills in designing high speed, multi-layer, high density designs, Analog/RF layout and power supply layout.

• Strong signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) modeling experience is highly desired.

• Hands on Qualcomm chipset design experience is highly desired.

• Good knowledge of IPC specifications, PCB manufacturing and Assembly process.

• Highly self-motivated and a self-starter and have good communications skills.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. In EE is must required

• Good English required verbal and written
