岗位职责：
 Perform and enhance Global Market product control functions, which covers all the processes related with GM products like new product introduction, system enhancement, daily monitoring on permit instrument, market risk limit, market risk buy-in, off-market rate, valuation methodology;

Work closely with GM and other Finance teams in new product due diligence, define and develop daily workflow, identify the accounting treatment and verify the valuation methodology;
 Contribute to system enhancement with closely cooperation with IT team;
 Ensure all market risk exposure are monitored against limit mandates and strictly follow escalation policies to raise potential issues timely;
 Perform off-market rate checking and ensure all potential exceptions are identified and followed up timely;
 Setup revaluation curve and perform independent market data capture and review;
 Provide accurate and timely GM P&L with sound attribution analysis;
 Make fair value adjustments in accordance with accounting standards;
 Perform sales margin allocation and review sales report;
 Maintain and observe the Group’s/ Bank’s internal control standards, implement and observe the Group’s/ Bank’s Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
