Job responsibilities
1. Provide general secretarial and administrative duties to Managing Director.
2. Organize and join meetings/travelling.
3. Complete management meeting minutes timely and efficient.
4. Assist to prepare related reports and make analysis according to requirements.
5. Work closely and coordinate with other Managers and Departments.
6. Arrange transportation & accommodation for MD & relevant customers in appropriate way.
7. Assist MD in daily management, and organizing his social schedule.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirement
1. Bachelor degree and above, preferable major in English/Business/Secretary/ Administration.
2. Fluent English (both spoken and written), able to do translation.
3. Skill in using MS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill
5. Organized and target-oriented, a good team-player and can be work under pressure.
6. 2+ years' relevant experience or above and working in MNC is preferable
