Roles
and Responsibilities:







·
Base Location: Shanghai



·
Should have close to 8-10 yrs of
experience in the IT industry and should have managed Retail, Manufacturing,
Consumer Goods customer for at least 3-4 years



·
Strong Communication and
presentation skills



·
P&L, Account / Relationship
Management, selling of solutions around the mentioned business units



·
Should be able to leverage prior
experience to bring in Cognizant's delivery, process & relevant domain
knowledge



·
Develop/maintain client contacts and
actively network with potential client executives



·
Responsibilities include growing the
accounts in the region with clearly established top line and bottom line
targets.



·
You will be required to work in
cross-functional teams which may include: Horizontal leaders, Subject
Matter Experts and Sales Executives.



·
You must be able to establish and
build "trust" and leverage client context by understanding client's
overall business goals.



·
Solid understanding of Cognizant's
delivery & execution methodologies. Should be able to deep-dive and get
into project-level issues & details.



·
Sound understanding and experience
with different kinds of projects - ADM, AVM in particular will be a plus



·
Understanding and experience of
package based solutions will be a plus
