Job Description

This position is for a Project Manager who in addition to Project management would be responsible for following activities

· Managing the relationship with Customer

· Managing the resource allocation for the Project/Account

· Must understand and be comfortable with SAP should have a minimum one implementation experience.

· Has experience in at least two full life cycle SAP Implementation as a Lead Consultant, with specialization in any SAP modules or SAP Process areas

· Should be proactive in identifying opportunities for SAP.

· Overall responsibility of program management

· Liaoning with onsite and India Sap counterparts for developing business.

· Supplier & Customer communication and coordination, if and when escalated

· Hiring and Training resources

· Participating in business development Planning and Forecasting

· Participate in Business development activities as needed

· Exposure to SEI CMM Level Process - Desirable

· Good understanding of quality and Process frameworks, risk analysis and mitigation skills

· Good English communications skills
