Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, and implement highly reliable, scalable, and efficient applications for client's business needs.
- Work with other engineers, managers, Product Management, QA, and Operations teams to develop innovative
solutions with functionality to meet market needs.
- Must be able to independently design code and test features, as well as work jointly with other team members
to deliver complex changes.
- Document best practices and help create knowledge base.
- Facilitate Problem Diagnosis and resolution.

Experience:

2+ years of development experience with C/C++/VC and related skills.

Desired Skills:

1.C/C++/VC
2.OCI
3.RDB(Oracle)
4.Japanese document understanding and creating skill.
5.Application Maintenance process.
6.Insurance experience is prefered

Management Skills:

Self-driven
Good technic skills
Ability to analyze risk and team management

Qualification:

Japanese skill is mandatory (JLPT N2 Level or above)
Average English speaking
