Responsibilities:
? Deliver Japanese training class with high quality
? Ensure the training effectiveness
? Develop and maintain Japanese training test and materials
? Schedule training courses with high flexibility to cope with the project working time
? Manage the training calendar focused on Japanese learning
? Understand and address the needs of Japanese learning of staff in different divisions and different levels
? Design and drive the implementation of Japanese training programs to meet the needs of business and different employees.
? Involve in the interview for Japanese projects and select the candidates who meet the language request
Qualifications
? 1+ year experience in Japanese teaching
? JLPT 1 is required
? Excellent Japanese communication skill & standard pronunciation
? Proactive and flexible to arrange training or coach schedule according to project requirement
? Familiar with Office software, MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel .etc
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a multicultural environment
? Strong organizational skills
? Good presentation and coaching skill
? Good teamwork spirit and attitude
