- Spring

- Hibernate

- JUnit

- Must have good knowledge of design patterns

- Must possess good analytical skills

- Must adopt a systematic approach to solve problems

- Must have excellent problem skills and stakeholder management skills

- Must be fluent in English and able to communicate with the offshore team

- Must have good presentation skills



Desired Skills: Drools Rule engine, Project lead experience to manage few resources, Prior experience working with offshore development team



Job Roles / Responsibilities:



· Requirement analysis and design

· Development and Unit testing

· Engage in a factory based model in fixing cosmetic issues reported

· Report status to the offshore management team on a daily basis
