Job Description：

1. Plan and deliver all social media marketing activities, meanwhile support other digital marketing related programs

2. Day-to-day manage social media agency to provide contents, including articles, social posters, wechat applets, H5 webpages, and other rich medias for social platforms weibo, wechat, TikTok, Zhihu etc..

3. Sealy search optimization on all social platforms

4. Initiate social campaign for gaining more qualified TA followers and engage followers more relevant to Sealy brand, products and services

5. Partner with all departments in terms of requests related with design, renew and update on all social media exposures

6. Monitor the sales leads information on all social platforms and distribute to related person in time.

7. Manage KOLs pool for seeding and conversion

8. Support digital marketing manager to deliver and improve ROI of online advertising

9. Support other digital marketing activities

Key Outcomes:

• Articulate annual social communication calendar

• Create digital content adopting global resources and brand guideline

• Manage budgets for projects, monitor costs and provide status report on a regular basis

• Provide cross-analysis of results and performances of key metrics

Qualifications:

• at least 3 years of digital marketing experience in international corporation or 4A agency

• Having working experience for digital marketing, especially having good practices on social media communication

• Well skilled in writing social contents and be good at Photoshop or other design software

• Strong sense of consumer insight and understanding life triggers for purchase

• College degree above

• Innovative and creative is a must

• A strong responsibility spirit

• Able to work independently and multi-tasking

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

• Stress resistant and problem-solving

• Good communication skills as well as presentation skills

• Fluent English

Well skilled in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
