Responsibilities
？ Technical leadership of the global project team
？ Responsible for financial project results
？ Define and maintain pro-gram timing
？ Responsible for reporting financial and technical progress to senior man-agement
？ Customer Interface for all project related communica-tion
？ Result oriented
Qualifications
？ 5+ years' experience with engine test bench includ-ing combustion develop-ment and performance/ emission calibration
？ Detailed understanding of diesel engines
？ Knowledge of calibration software (like INCA) and hardware as well as of test bench operation
？ Knowledge of analysis software like Uniplot and MS Office software like Power Point
？ Experience with financial project control
？ Strong communication skills
？ Fluent in English and Chi-nese
