Yourtasks

• Lead and manage gasoline calibration team (12 people) including basecalibration, vehicle and OBD calibrations for gasoline powertrains, in terms ofpersonal, technical and financial management perspectives;

• Transfer FEV group procedures, tools and methodologies, delivertrainings to the team members, and solve technical issues;

• Supervise projects to ensure successful completionwithin the project budget and time. Assure compliance with all engineeringstandards. Assure that the development projects meets quality and customerrequirements

• Extend team size and competences;

• Plan and monitoring the daily operation;

• Fulfill given profit target, given revenue targets;

• Manage the people in his/her team to ensure team stability and promotionof high performer;

• Develop new business opportunities in conjunction withsales in an efficient and orderly manner to meet time and cost budgetaryconditions

• Participate in preparing technical and cost proposalsfor new projects

• Present in front of customers for project and acquisition purpose

Your skills

• University degree in internalcombustion engine or vehicle engineering or related education background;

• In depth knowledge of gasoline engine thermodynamics and calibrationsincl. development processes and methods;

• In total at least 5 years working experience in gasoline calibrations,and min. 2 years working experience in team management or project management;

• Able to organize and manage team and projects independently;

• Strong communication skills in organizing, training, negotiate, coordinateand solve the conflicts;

• Strong sense of responsibility, very pro-active;

• Excellent English language, preferred German;

• Target driven working style and team spirit
