- Daily maintenance management and condition monitoring machines performance on test field (HV MG, HV inverter, HV switchgear, instrumentation for HV machines test).
- Safety owner and TPM management and implementation on HV motor and generator testing system.
- Failure analysis and quick trouble shooting ASAP.
- Improving equipment availability.
- Improving production efficiency by optimizing equipment and fixture.
- Implementing effective RCA to track improvement performance.
- Setting up effective KPI's to follow up BR reduction and cost saving.
- Spare parts management to balance cost and safety stock.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation.
- Very good electrical safety sense and fully understand on electrical safety rules, labview, AUTCAD, ABB AUTOMATION Builder, Siemens- Step7.
- Familiar with electrical control principle, Hydraulic control , ABB ACS&DCS800/ACS6000.
- Strong in Instrumentation operation of Oscilloscope, Power analysis, Torque measurement, Vibration measurement.
- Certified in LV & HV electricity operation is required.
- Good knowledge in type and routine test of HV machines is preferred.
- Good initiative work on high pressure.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
