-岗位职责：

1. 核对业务部门的开票申请，及时开具付款通知书及增值税***;
2. 根据完整的原始凭证，及时准确编制记账凭证;
3. 每月及时准确核销已收回款项， ***保管以及购买;
4. 负责编制应收账款报表, 应收账款账龄分析;
5. 每月督促业务部门核对, 催讨到期应收账款: 按时开立催款信;
6. 寄发各类付款通知书, 催款信、***及其他单据;
7. 每月按时完成国内或香港所需提供的报表;
8. 完成领导布置的其他工作

-职位要求：

1. 大专或以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业
2. 1年以上相关工作经验
3. 较强的协调沟通技能和解决问题能力
4. 独立思考、可靠高效、善于学习、抗压力强
5. 工作细致，责任感强，具有良好的服务精神
6. 较好的Microsoft Office技能，如有ERP系统的经验更佳

Arup has more than 40 years of experience in Greater China. The Hong Kong office was established in 1976 as the firm’s East Asia headquarters, and since then we have opened offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Chongqing. With 3,000 staff across the territory, we undertake projects of all types and any size, providing a full range of designing, engineering, consulting, planning and specialist technical services across building, consulting, and infrastructure sectors.
