工作内容
负责协助公司销售团队的行政工作。与销售人员、技术团队及市场部门密切配合，以实现收入和客户满意度与TSI公司的业务目标相一致。

工作职责
1． 负责协助公司销售团队的行政工作；
2． 负责制作标书、管理销售合同，记录客户订单及客户需求；
3． 负责公司客户关于产品及服务需求的跟进；
4． 协助跟进产品订单、出库、运输、进口报关等工作；
5． 与欧洲及美国同事合作，确保产品销售进程的跟进；
6． 负责销售数据的录入及管理；
7． 协助公司销售部门的各类日常工作；
8． 协助从客户开发、报价至销售关单等整个销售过程的跟进。
9． 按要求完成其他任务及特殊项目。

管理职责
无

招聘要求
1． 教育背景
国际贸易、行政管理类相关学士学历；
2． 工作经验
2年以上仪器仪表进出口工作经验
3． 核心能力
1） 良好的工作纪律和时间管理能力，精通客户记录保存方法。
2） 良好的人际关系及沟通技巧；
3） 独立工作及完成项目的能力；
4） 团队合作意识。
5） 熟练的英语阅读、写作及沟通能力。
