Job Responsibilities:

 

The position will be primarily in charge of the Career product for China. He or she needs to

 

§  Develop and lead employee experience/employee engagement product. Responsible for the delivery of high quality products on schedule with necessary direction.

§  Promote Mercer engagement aggressively in the market and increase engagement market exposure in the market

§  Identify market opportunities and challenges, and lead business development activities.

§  Work closely with client to understand client’s expectation and sell engagement solution

§  Work closely with other team to promote engagement solution

§  Represent Mercer in public conferences, workshops and seminars to promote existing offerings

§  Lead engagement related consulting projects and trainings.

§  Coach and develop less experienced consultants in both technical and behavioural competencies.

 

Requirements：

Bachelor Degree, Master/MBA preferred. Preferably in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR), accounting and/or other related coursework, or equivalent work experience preferred.

 

Seven or more years of relevant work experience in engagement survey and project. Project management and client development experience

 

Strong large and multi- project management skill, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to

detail

？ Strong client development and management skill

？ Skill for people management and people development

？ Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative

？ Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs

 

Fluent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral Ability to travel
