Essential Responsibilities:

• Support electrical and electro-mechanical design efforts, including circuit board design using Altium to meet the requirements of new product programs and product design change
• Develop innovative design alternatives to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, cost and manufacturability for assigned components and subsystems
• Contribute to technical design reviews, including concept, development and evaluation reviews of multiple product lines
• Contribute to the investigation and resolution of post-production product issues
• Lead the verification of product sub-system performance and reliability

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or upward qualification in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience
• Good English skill, both written and oral, ability to handle global T-con
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience in sensors and instrumentation industry, or any manufacturer of relatively small (< 36” in size) precision manufactured devices
• Experience with the design, troubleshooting, and manufacture of electrical hardware used in a harsh environment
• Ability to guide and influence others
• Demonstrated process orientation in approach to work
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong customer mindset.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Mature self-starter – able to work with minimal supervision.
