Essential Responsibilities :
？ Establish training system to operators (training& qualification material package preparation, as a trainer to qualify candidates.)
？ Familiar with drawing& tooling fixture design and master the capability to write CNC program.
？ Review customer specification and routing and WI preparation.
？ Response to process routing verification and routing CT accuracy maintenance
？ Identify and prepare new tools & fixtures for new orders and new products.
？ Quick response to production concern investigation and action plan follow up. (EHS concern, customer complaint, voice from operators.)
？ Other assignments from manager.

Qualifications/ Requirements :
？ Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering and Automation.
？ Familiar with the codes related to valve industry, such as ASTM, ASME, API, ANSI,etc. is preferred.
？ At least 2 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing.
？ Have hands-on skills to support production.
？ Good knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Outlook, IE, etc.)
？ Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
？ Matured, patient and detail-oriented.
？ Fluent in reading, writing and oral English.
