Key Responsibilities

• Work together with product line sales team to draft contract template, review and identify contract risk and seek necessary approval from other functional team such as tax, legal, HSE, QA etc.

• Tender document review and bid document preparation. Includes tender acknowledgement sheet and clarification drafting, work closely with product line sales team to review tender document and identify commercial risk then seek required approval.

• Contract and tender tracking sheet update on daily basis, tender result follow-up with customer.

• Internal company Salesforce system supervision, make sure internal approval record is maintained properly.

• New customer set up system supervision and customer market entry application

• Other job responsibility assigned by direct manager

   

  Skill requirements:

   

• 3-5 years commercial related working experience in international corporation, Oil and Gas industry would be a plus. 

• Bachelor degree in Economic Law, International Trade, English, etc.

• Fluent English communication skill

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Good communication and coordination skill

• Be able to work under a pressure environment

• Good team worker

• Proactive working attitude
