Digital content creativity and development on:

1. Social Platform by campaign base (85%)

- Owned media: CLARINS weibo, wechat, RED

- Earned media: IWOM and buzz communication

- Paid media: KOLs

l Assist China Group PR Manager to plan and execute social projects by campaign and retainer basis and handle other IWOM platforms communication. Rich working experience in social campaign and digital content management on main social platforms, such as RED, Tik tok, Bilibili, Weibo is preferred.

l High sensitivity to fashion/beauty hotspots with strong copy skills.

l Leverage social listening tools to monitor the brand and competitor’s social performance and best practice for internal sharing and learning.

2. EC platform by campaign base (15%)

- Liaise with CLARINS EC team to manage the EC content on Tmall, VIP.com, etc.

Technical skills:

？ Bilingual in Chinese & English.

？ Above 4 years related digital content experience in cosmetics industry

？ Rich working experience in social campaign and brand wechat/weibo/RED management is preferred. With strong sense in digital content including social copywriting, visual shooting, video production, etc.

？ Familiar with all kinds of social platforms (hot apps, RED, Tik tok, Bilibili/ weibo, wechat/ *** vertical media) and tools (H5, viral video production, hi-tech approach on new media, etc.)

？ High sensitivity to fashion/beauty hotspots

？ Keen sensitive to competitor action and pioneering spirit in exploring new creative ideas in digital communication universe

？ Logical thinking, strong interpersonal communication & convincing skills

？ Quick learner, strong project management skills with self-motivation and cooperative team spirit
