Job Titles: Retail Sales Manager, Freestanding Division
Report to: Assistant General Manager, Beijing Office
Location: Beijing

The Role:
The role covers all aspects of developing and maintaining a retail distribution channel for the most prestigious freestanding domestic appliance brand. The job holder will report to Assistant General Manager, Beijing Office and will manage a freestanding sales team and trade marketing personnel. Meanwhile, he/she will manage current retail stores Located in Beijing region and maintain a strong relationship with departement stores. Support from finance and customer service will be an integral part of the strategy and in order to provide a good all round customer experience it will require the job holder to negotiate internally with the relevant managers to secure their active support and cooperation.

The Person must:
· Be able to demonstrate an ability to lead and inspire within the immediate team as well as be able to secure support from resources outside of their direct line of control by establishing rapport and desire to participate.
· Be able to demonstrate good analytical skills and sound judgement in assessing risk and opportunity whilst developing and growing the network of channel partners.
· Have; the natural ability, tolerance, confidence, perseverance and motivation to develop staff in a culture of learning while doing and learning from mistakes.
· Have an organisational awareness that enables independent departmental growth with sensitivity to real, potential or perceived impact on other teams and be committed to the company's best interest.
· Be genuinely focussed on the interests of end user customers and resiliently pursue customer satisfaction through all elements of the sales chain and support services whether direct or third party.
It is anticipated that successful candidates will have enjoyed a university education and have had a traceable and successful career including substantial experience of selling via retail channels and have been exposed to both sales-force and channel development. Overseas study or working experience will be a plus.
