岗位职责： 

指导预约体验课的学员上完体验课，并及时回访上完体验课的学员；

了解学员诉求，推荐适合课程，有效管理学员，进行定期回访，促成订单； 

以专业顾问的角色与学员保持良好的、周期性的沟通，为学员提供学习的支持和帮助，从而提高客户满意度和忠诚度，完成公司分配的任务指标。 

负责完成部门下达的工作任务，不断总结和提升自己，跟团队一起进步；

完成领导临时安排的工作任务。 

岗位要求 : 

专科以上学历，喜欢销售工作，英语、市场营销专业优先； 

求职目标明确，有教育行业服务岗位或销售岗位者优先考虑； 

普通话标准，音质佳，表达能力强； 喜欢交流和学习，有较强的服务意识； 

工作积极主动、能够承受压力、勇于挑战高薪； 善于学习，期望提升自己，且明确个人职业规划。
