岗位职责：

协助所管辖区域的运营团队落实各项规章制度，提供培训，进行现场检查和给予必要的指导，改善服务使其达到最佳水准。
To provide support to Operation Teams to improve performance via implementation of environmental services processes and procedures to achieve an excellent environmental services. This will be achieved by providing training to operational teams, undertaking site visits and audits, and providing advice and guidance on request within the specified areas.

在不影响对运营团队的支持工作的基础上协助市场销售部开发新项目。如：参加测量、踏勘工作；
Provide support to Business Development and Transition activities as required, but not to the sacrifice of support to the Operations Teams. To participate in the site environmental services survey process, etc;

积极参与向各级别环境服务人员提供专业技术培训。
To be actively involved in customer satisfaction and development of technical training programs for all levels of environmental services of personnel.

在新项目前期过渡阶段和日常服务运作期间，向相关人员提供环境服务专业技术支持和操作流程指导。
To provide technical knowledge, program direction and overall leadership in the filed of the environmental services. To participate and monitor both initial and on going environmental services operations.

收集信息、汇报问题、保持运营信息更新。
Reporting will be an important part of this role. It would be necessary to keep all information regarding environmental services updated.
任职要求：
健康：身体健康，优秀的语言表达能力、灵巧、情绪稳定
Health: Must be in good physical condition. This includes hearing, speech, manual dexterity, and emotional stability.
教育：环境服务管理或相关专业培训
Education: University Degree is preferred or equivalent specific training courses in environmental services.
经验：五年以上环境服务工作经验，三年以上环境服务管理经验，至少2年的集团或区域水平的人员管理经验
Experience: 5+ years of environmental services experience, with 3+ years as a leader in an environmental services organization. Minimum of 2 years of people management experience at the corporate or regional level.
专业技术：优秀的环境服务专业知识。优秀的专业技术形象和沟通技巧。主要办公软件的应用
Skill: Excellent technical knowledge of environmental services. Must present a professional appearance and have excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English. Must have a good working knowledge of major computer software programs.
特殊培训：服务管理，客户服务技巧和质量管理
Specialized Training: Programs in management, customer satisfaction, and quality control are desirable.
其他：根据工作需要，适应经常出差
Other: Must be willing to travel as needed.
