岗位职责：

与客户指定联系人和客户内部有影响的人员保持日常沟通
Ensure regular communication with Client designated contacts and influential people
通过正式、非正式等方式收集客户意见，理解客户需求，制定行动计划，并监督部门经理、厨师长执行。
Collect client's ideas via formal or informal channels, understand the expectations of client, develop action plans and monitor the implementation
就服务合同变更、续签等与客户进行商谈
Participate in the negotiation about service contract change and renewal.
监督营运状况，确保公司营运制度严格执行
Supervise the activities of the operation teams; monitor the operation Incontournable and ensure that it is strictly implemented in the site.
帮助部门经理，厨师长对工作流程不断进行改善，以提高服务质量和工作安全
Support Chef and Unit Mangers to improve the workflow so as to enhance service quality and work safety
建立并发展服务精神、团队精神和进取精神
Develop Service Spirit, Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress
对下级进行业绩评估，提出升职、加薪等建议
See to the subordinates' performance appraisal and propose on promotions and salary increases
发现、发展有潜质的主管，建立并实施部门内部管理人员储备计划
Identify and develop high potential employees, establish and implement succession plan for managerial positions
培训及日常带教储备管理人员
Training and coach reserved managerial talents
参与营运部门的财务预算的制定及预测
Participate in the operation unit's financial budget formulation and forecasts
根据服务合同及部门财务指标，监督检查项目营运成本及收入情况
In line with the service contract and financial targets, monitor operation costs and revenue.
按照营运必做的要求，监督检查下级管理人员对公司卫生与安全标准 的执行情况，确保员工规范操作
Supervise and inspect the Unit Manager/Chefs' implementation of Hygiene & Safety regulations in line with "Les Incontournables" to ensure the employees' standardized operations
保证数据和报告的准确性、及时性和连续性
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and consistency of statistics and reports



任职要求：

大专或以上学历
College degree or above
5 年以上的服务行业工作经验
Five years and above working experience in service industry
2 年以上经理级岗位管理经验
Two years and above working experience on manager position
餐饮服务管理技能
Managing skills in catering service
良好的服务和团队意识
Good service and team spirit
较强的口头及书面沟通能力
Strong communication skills both in oral and writing
较强的分析总结能力
Ability to analyze and synthesize
解决问题的能力
Problem solving skills
熟练的电脑办公软件（Word，Excel）操作能力
Solid computer skills (office software – word, excel)
外语沟通能力 Communication ability in foreign languages
