1. 职位概述Job Summary

- 负责FM事业部数据的收集，汇总和保存；文件的审批传递和存档；协调营运和事业部/公司职能部门间的沟通
Responsible the data gathering, collection, report coordination,
consolidation and filing within FMBU; to submit the documents required for
approval and manage an effective filing system; to coordinate the
communication between operation and BU/SF
- 通过建立、完善和实施各项规章制度和流程来提高工作效力，并确保营运部
及业务发展部分理解并遵守公司和事业部的规章制度、行政流程和行动计划
Through set up, improve and implement all regulation and process to
improve working efficiency. Support the operation and Business
Development team to fully understand and adhere to the Company’s and
BU’s policies, administrative processes, regulations and action plans.


2. 主要职责 Main Responsibilities

- 负责FM BU客户所有的合同管理
Responsible for all the contracts management in FMBU
- 负责FM BU数据搜集、汇总及保存
Responsible for data gathering, collecting and consolidation
- 事业部内所有文件的审批传递和存档
Responsible for documents required for approval and manage an effective
filing system
- 协助营运团队的各项临时外部活动（顾客满意度调查、特别报告要求等）
Support all kinds of temporary activity of operation team (client and end
user satisfaction survey, adhoc reporting requirements etc).
- 协助共享服务中心经理建立、完善各项规章制度并确保执行
Support Shared Service Center Manager to set up, improve all regulation
and process and ensure the implementation.
- 协助营运总监完成相关工作任务
Support RD/NOD to complete the related work
- 根据要求完成翻译工作和文件制作
According to the request to complete translation and paper work
- 完成共享服务中心经理布置的不固定工作内容
Complete the unfixed work under Shared Service Manager’s direction
