10)Evaluation of above hybrids and analysis & report of the results
11) Planning for PLC 5
12)Seed Production
13)Planning & executing of the breeder seed increasing
14)Planning & executing of the prebasic seed production
15) Quality control in the field
16)Data collection on Productivity of inbred
17)Usage of Global database: SPIRIT, PMDV etc.
18)Internal & External Communication & Cooperation
19)With Field biologists, PMs, Production & Sales People


20)With Internal & External Breeders

Accountabilities
Manage Population Improvement & line development under supervision
Execute MS line development as applicable
Manage Trait development according to strategy
Execute Speed to Market Activities - MATS, DH, Tissue Culture, More cycles per year
Provide Crossing plans for PLC 3, 4 & 5 set targets by segments.
Ensure the quality & Quantities of the sample seed production
Evaluation of above PLC 3 & 4 hybrids and analysis & report of the results in line with

defined standard
Clear plan & execute the breeder seed increasing & prebasic seed production
Ensure Quality control in the field
Effective Data collection on Productivity of inbred
Effective Usage of Global database: SPIRIT, PMDV etc.
Effective Internal & External Communication & Cooperation



Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
1. Minimum Master Degree in Agriculture
2. Strong knowledge of Plant Breeding & Genetics
3. Knowledge on statistical analysis, and molecular marker application to plant

breeding.
4. Deep knowledge of China Agriculture
5. Fluent English

Critical experience

1. At least 5-10 years working in agricultural industry
2. At least 3-5 years working experience in vegetable breeding
3. Fruity crop/Hot pepper breeding experience
4. Prefer experience of project management


Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities
1. Ability to balance multiple tasks and achieve milestones
2. Ability to work in a team-based environment with multidisciplinary teams
3. Communication skills
