Job Description:

  

The consultant will be primarily in charge of Engagement projects. He or she needs to

  

 

  

§  Identify sales opportunities, and assist business development activities for Engagement.

  

§  Works directly with clients to obtain project requirements and collect project information. Assists in managing client expectations.

  

§  Manage Engagement project by making sure the project plan is met by both client side and internal operation team.

  

§  Independently deliver high quality Engagement project on schedule with necessary direction.

  

§  Work with regional COE team to bring Engagement product and technology updates to China

  

§  Support marketing activities in China

  

§  Continuously accumulate deep Engagement knowledge and to be ready as a Engagement expert of the team.

  

§  As an Engagement consultant, provide technical training/coach to industry consultants.

  

 

  

Requirements:

  

§  Bachelor degree or above

  

§  Fluency in both written and spoken English

  

§  1-2 years of working experience in HR management or consulting area, with working experience in Employee Engagement is preferred.

  

§  Strong ability of data analysis and storytelling

  

§  Client focus and attention to details

  

§  Commitment to high quality and timely delivery

  

§  Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn

  

§  Organized and efficient

  

§  Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
