As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Marine & Ports Business Line (BL) based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) Business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

You will play a key role within the Propulsion Products Product Group/ Marine & Ports Business Line (BL)/ Industrial Automation Business. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will execute a range of warehousing activities to ensure seamless receipt and dispatch of goods.

？ Manage and supervise warehouse daily operation in safe according to company and government requirement. Ensure no major safety incident.
？ Manage and supervise warehouse daily operation in high quality, ensure records correct and timely.
？ Manage project kitting & packing, ensure delivery on time.
？ Develop and optimize warehouse management process and ensure implementation.
？ Manage warehouse area in good cleanness, things in order, including project material, common stock, bulk material, transportation cradle etc.
？ Cooperate with other team such as assembly, quality and logistics etc.
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

？ College Degree or above, major in Logistics.
？ 5+ years of working experience in heavy Industrial and Marine background is preferred.
？ Certified in Production lean & 6S is an advantage.
？ Familiar with SAP, Office tools, etc.
