Job Description Summary:

• Develops and executes new product test methods, validations, testing hardware, conversion kit and test systems accessories capability, relative experience to approach packaging related production platforms, test accessories & program developments and qualification to production test & characterization if needed;
• Support engineering team test & characterization systems for MEMS sensors
• Co-work with product team on enhance current products test method knowledge, productivity, yield improvement, and drive subcontractors, suppliers to improve productivity, yield and tooling stability.
• Monitoring quality of production test program, equipment and continue delivering TTR result to support overall expense budget.
• Test & characterize inertial sensors looping, gRR by (Accelerometers, Gyroscopes, Magnetometers) using production test systems.
• Work in the Testing Group to plan & implement test hardware/software, perform testing, share test data/results to validate performance and find/fix bugs in sensor IC
• Supports manufacturing issues, CAPA’s, SCARS and audits.

Key Requirements:

• Good knowledge of basic analog/digital electronic circuits.
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer science or Physics
• 5+ years of work experience in developing production test equipment hardware, test codes, test system hardware, yield improvement, data analysis by characterization tool and testing using s/w automated platforms in Semiconductor company
• Good understanding of analog/digital IC design per testing accessories design: load board, dut board socket board design requirement.
• Prior experience in inertial/MEMS/MCU sensor testing is highly preferred, and specially focus on SPEA test cell maintenance, production handling from time to time.
• Good English speaking skills required, team work with US team specially directly communication with vendor. Such likes SPEA/Italy, Afore/Finland. Reporting of technical issues, clear technical language.
