Technical Information Center is a Global team that provides highly Technical Support to customers around the world in all different technologies and architectures NXP offers. Our goal is to improve our customers experience providing world-class Services, from answering basic technical questions to assisting our customer during the whole design and prototyping stages. Delighting our Customers is our driver.
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations
Provide highly technical support to customer around the world designing with wireless MCU products (JN/QN/KW) via email, phone, etc.
Become the technical expert on wireless MCU products.
Improve customer satisfaction by following up on client complaints
Collaborate with other teams to improve our offering enhancing our Customer’s experience
Enhance you technical knowledge participating in:
· Development/revision of documentation
· Writing/reviewing Application Notes
· Testing silicon modules and software drivers
· Creating/providing trainings
· Working on development projects
· Reviewing SW/Schematics/Layouts from Customers
Specific Experience/Skills
· New graduated or 1~2yrs working experience.
· Experience with embedded Systems on Chip, especially the ARM Cortex architecture.
· Experience with embedded software development and debug, especially connectivity stacks (BLE, Thread, 802.15.4, Zigbee) is preferred.
· Experience using software debugging tools to view and program MCU registers.
· Knowledge with Embedded hardware design.
· Good communication skills (verbal and written) English.
· Collaborative, proactive, strong self-learning and team player attitude.
