Role Summary:

The Sr Growth Initiative Manager (GIM) will report to the Region Product Line Director

Essential Responsibilities:

• SGIM will be responsible for expanding and promoting specialty products
• Lease with Product Line Country Managers on achieving quarterly revenue targets
• Design strategies on how to penetrate new markets where we have no presence
• Coordinate with Headquarters introduction of New Specialty Products
• Create a database of success stories and distribute throughout the Organization on quarterly basis
• Handles other assignments as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business or related field.
• Significant experience mining large and disparate data sets to uncover actionable insights.
• Ability to think broadly yet possess exceptional attention to detail to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
• Resourcefulness and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment; ability to successfully prioritize, adapt and execute in such an environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior executives across multiple business units and functions.
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills; strong executive presence.
• Ability to synthesize findings/ issues/opportunities and translate them into action plans.
• Excellent consultative skills and ability to form strong business relationships at all levels.
• Displays optimism and determination when facing challenges
• Strong sense of urgency and drive for results; self-motivated and deadline driven.
