JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: CVG Sr. Strategic marketing specialist

DEPARTMENT: CVG

LOCATION: Shanghai/Beijing/Guangzhou

REPORTING TO: Program marketing manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (BRIEF SUMMARY)

Work in CVG upstream marketing team. Deliver projects assigned and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. Most of time is spent delivering the strategies and projects – from design to implementation.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

? Scan environment for business opportunities, monitor market trend and competitive status, and keep management team updated by the latest government policy, industry analysis and competitive news.

? Prepare the strategies and plan on localization projects, recommend financial and nonfinancial strategic objectives, and work with cross-functional team to implement the project.

? Lead CVG patent protection project to build competitive barrier for strategic products. Accelerate product registration by leveraging government policy.

? Coordinate business reviews and financial analysis for executive team.

? Maintain the CVG data dashboard system to ensure high-quality data output.

? Support and implement corporate-level operation projects. Clarify and communicate CVG needs to the project team and coordinate CVG initiatives with BUs.

JOB QUALIFICATION

? Bachelor’s degree or above in medical related major.

? Minimum of 3 years in healthcare industry.

? Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel.

? Fluent in English. Good at English writing.

? Demonstrated business acumen and communication skills.
