As a L&W Business Manager, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Process Industries Business Line (BL) based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) Business delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

？ Manage L&W business in China, responsible for developing the business grow and improve profitability.
？ Efficiently communicated with factory to set-up the mechanism to transfer price in matching the business needs.
？ Delivered the results in the way of innovative ideas.
？ Building the most professional team for driving the business goals.
？ Define the marketing plan, including marketing communication activities, training activities and sales initiatives.
？ Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

？ A Master’s degree in Pulp and Paper process or Automation Engineering.
？ More than 8 years of experience in Pulp and Paper.
？ Expert in pulp and paper test equipment will be a plus.
？ A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong communication and customer relationship building skills.
？ Good inter-personality and strong team work spirit.
？ Self-initiative, strong ownership and responsibility.
？ Language proficiency (written and spoken) in both English and Mandarin.
？ Like challenges and willing to work under pressure.
？ Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.
？ Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
