Job Description

l？ All A/R transactions

l？ Receivables management

l？ Issue VAT invoice in Golden tax system

l？ Bookkeeping of AR Module in ERP system (SAP)

l？ Monthly & quarterly AR reconciliation

l？ Prepare reconciliations of VAT, AR aging& Bad debt reserve, and other account reconciliation related with AR, and ensure proper follow-up

l？ Filing of vouchers and other related documents

l？ Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications

Working experience:

l？ 3-5 years experiences in Finance/Accounting

Education:

l？ Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or related

l？ Certificate of Accounting Qualification (会计上岗证) is the must

l？ Good command in oral and written English

Skills / Abilities:

l？ Logical thinking, Details-oriented, proactive and efficient work style

l？ Experience in SAP is better

l？ Ability to learn & be good at office tools (Excel/Word/PPT).

l？ Strong work commitment and can work under pressure.

l？ Communication skills, interpersonal skills, conflict solving ability

l？ Team work spirit
