Manageand develop CVA, Equipment Management / Condition Monitoring, and Connectivitybusiness for LSHMNC, being an product support technology champion in providingequipment management value to customers

PrincipalAccountabilities职责描述

1.Marketingand Operations
? Identify and develop new Customer Support Agreementopportunities
? Responsible fordeveloping and maintaining procedures and practices for all facets of the CVAbusiness
? Calculate and develop CVA contract prices
? Validate CVA contract prices and services throughout thedealership
? Customize and finalize CVAs with the sales representative
? Calculate and develop availability guarantees
? Assist in thedevelopment of methods to manage and schedule CVA events according to theRepair Before Failure approach
? Responsible forthe development, implementation and maintenance of CVA incentive programs
Financial Analysis
? Analyze overall CVA financial health
? Forecast revenue and expenditures on all CVAs, both individuallyand collectively
? Ensureconsistency between how the budget and how the costs are being captured in thework-order system
? Conduct analysis of CVA contracts to uncover deviations betweenactual and budget
? Develop/enhanceCVA reporting (financial and operational) and supporting Documentation
2.Salesand Service
? Support CVA roles at branches
? Support Parts and Service Sales and incorporate feedback intothe CVA process
? Provide supportto the Market Unit and sales representatives (Prime and Parts and Service)
? Interface with Service Department for product and servicefeedback that impacts CVAs
3.Consultand negotiate with other related departments to develop Equipment Managementcapability that is suitable for their business objectives.
4.Monitorphysical and financial performance of individual CVAs then propose initiativesto improve both customer value and branch profit.
5.DevelopPreventative Maintenance scheduling and planning process for CVA equipmentmanagement and assist with implementing this at Branch level.
6.Developand execute customer centric equipment management strategies with solidcondition monitoring recommendations added in the process.
7.Achieveconnectivity target, and ensure internal and external customers to get timelyand accurate equipment data.
8.KPIsinclude but not limited to: No. of Annual CVA Target, % of New Delivery withCVA, % of CVA Renewal Rate, Connected Assets % of Total, etc.

1.Strongworking knowledge of Caterpillar and LSHMNC software systems (eg DBS, SIS, Catonline tools).

2.Soundunderstanding of Caterpillar condition monitoring practices.

资格与经验
1.Universitygraduate (engineering).
大学毕业(工程机械专业)。
2.MechanicalEngineer experience with Caterpillar equipment.
具备卡特彼勒设备服务经验的机械工程师。
3.PreviousManagement experience.
拥有管理经验。
4.Basicexperience in Service Business fundamentals (income, expenses, budgets.)
服务业务基础理论的基本实践经验(收益,开支,预算)。
