HSBC Marketing exists to drive top-line revenue growth for our Global Businesses by leveraging clearly identified marketplace opportunities, brand strength, customer insights and creative passion to yield sustainable long-term growth for the budgets and resources deployed.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will: Crisis Management: carry out total web listening utilising our software, in order to provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders in comms, marketing and business, when there is information regarding our brand and reputation being shared on the web
Insights Gathering and Reporting: identify and report consumer insights based on social media research and listening
Governance: collaborate with global and local stakeholders in order to establish a governance framework that will enable us to raise our standards of protection and care in China on and on our Chinese social media platforms
Internal Stakeholder Management: Serve the representative of the global social media team in China, to help replicate positive learnings from other markets in the local market in China
Vendor and partner Management: Establish and maintain good relations with both our local software vendors and local social media partners, to help arrange training, support and close working relations
Training: Serve as the subject matter expert on our listening/content management software and tools in order to assist with trouble-shooting, experimenting and training new joiners or other teams
Subject Matter Expert: Act as the subject matter expert on China’s social media ecosystem. Provide regular updates to the regional and global teams on new developments and provide suggestions on how Chinese platforms can best benefit HSBC in achieving its growth targets.
职位要求：
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:Bachelor degree or above
More than 5 years working experience
Knowledge of Marketing/Comms and Chinese social media
Ability to work independently
Professional level Mandarin and English – Cantonese would be a plus
Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholder
Strong analytical skills and ability to be flexible with working hours during periods of crisis
