工作职责:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：

? Providing legal advice and counsel on a wide range of legal topics,include but not limited to financing, investment and employment, etc. topics

? Draft, negotiate and review full legal & contract documents in respect to investment and employment topics, include but not limtied to equity business, transactions review and advise, financing and factoring matters and associated guarantee and security documents

? Research and interpret laws and regulations, leverage professional firms & regulatory agencies as needed for clarification. Advocate the company’s position in a tactful and ethical manner

? Communicating regularly and co-ordinating with the firm’s sr. Leadership team members, in particular adhering to policies and procedures in retaining and managing external counsel relationships and all related legal opinions

? Ensure The company’s awareness of and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

? Enhance acceptance of legal opinions and compliance with legal standards for the benefit of the company, its personnel and business relationship with the focus on achieving concrete, business oriented solutions

? Consulting with and advising sr. Leadership team members in a broad range of legal topics, and keeping leadership team updated on aplicable legal developments and their impact on the company’s businesses in the PRC & abroad (mainly in the US)

? Handle special projects as directed by the CEO of the company

任职资格:

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate should have a strength in full range of legal counselling and management work, has proven track record of managing important tasks, and is an outstanding communicator. The legal counsel should be able to thrive in a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial environment.

? PRC qualified lawyer, PRC Law Degree and LLM from overseas or famous local university, with 5-8 years of experience in general legal advice (corporate law, contracts, investment law, labor law,etc.)

? Knowledge of a wide variety of substantive legal disciplines, including corporation law, contract law, accounting standards, Due dilligence processes, etc. in PRC and In the US

? Has minimum of 7 years’ post qualification experience with strong investment background, experience as legal counsel in an investment legal firm will be an added advantage

? Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good legal research and drafting skills

? Strong analytical skills, able to work both independently and as a team player

? Position based in Shanghai, travel is required when necessary
